Working principle:
The machine adopts the worm gear transmission, the motor spindle and the worm direct connection, worm shaft drive separation cylinder rotation.
The transmission system is installed on the upper part of the body, the motor is installed on the rear side of the lower part of the body, and the delay electrical system is installed on the front side of the lower part of the body to control the separation time.
The separation cylinder is the main working part of the instrument, and the separation work is realized by the bag holes densely distributed on its inner surface. When a certain bag hole is in the vicinity of the lower part of the separation cylinder, the plumb line of the center of gravity of the whole and broken rice is in the hole. When the bag hole is transferred to a certain angle, the plumb line of the center of gravity of the whole meter moves out of the bag hole first, and it falls out of the bag hole, so rice grains of different lengths fall out at different parts of the separation cylinder. Short rice grains (broken rice) can be brought to a higher position by the bag hole before falling into the separation tank under the action of gravity, thus achieving the purpose of separating whole rice from broken rice.
Method of use:
Place the instrument firmly on a horizontal workbench, select a rotating drum according to the particle size (mainly length) of the rice sample, remove the foreign matter in the bag hole in the drum, then pour the rice sample weighed according to the standard into the separation tank, make the rice sample evenly distributed on the length of the separation tank, then put on the rotating drum, turn the adjusting handle clockwise, and pour the rice sample into the rotating drum, rotate the separation groove in the same direction to a suitable position (generally 10-20 degrees horizontally), then press the timing start button in turn, the indicator light is red, start working, and stop automatically in 2 minutes (in special cases, press the continuous button, the indicator light is green, and the separation time is controlled by the operator).
After the separation cylinder stops rotating, remove the rotating cylinder and pour out the whole rice in the cylinder. The individual rice grains attached to the bag hole should be taken out for identification. The rice sample in the separation tank is broken rice.
