1. working principle:
The principle can be simply understood as follows: extract the effective part of fruits and vegetables into liquid, use the catalytic reaction of cholinesterase, and convert its decomposition into color, set a group of standard liquid without pesticide, the color will be darker under normal circumstances, and take it as a reference. If the tested sample contains pesticide, the reaction will be inhibited, resulting in very light color. The negative and positive results can be determined by calculating the inhibition rate.
